So, today unlike yesterday, has been a very sunny day and sadly I did not get to go out as I was working on chores once again. Alan is preparing the grill for sausages and hamburgers as his folks are coming over for dinner in a bit. The last time we had them over was after watching the Red Arrows Display planes over Lyme Bay from Stonebarrow Hill. We had a very lovely evening that day last month and I took way too many photos of the event to share with you here (you’d likely never want to visit the blog if I subjected you to do that). I will, however, share with you the pre-event photos I took that day of this spectacular place with its beautiful vistas. I’d been there just once before with Alan’s parents on my own while he was at work and have yet to go through those photos but this July the heather was already out in full swing and looking gorgeous!

I can’t wait to go there again! I think it is such a gorgeous place! Dorset is definitely one of the best counties in all of England. There is so much beauty to be beheld! 🙂

Cheers,
